It has, sadly, become the fashion on many Poly websites to denigrate the love of an existing couple with another (especially with another woman.) It always seems silly at best and arrogant at worst to hear a Polyamorous person judge another for seeking or loving partners. But the "poly-er than thou" folks do use a lot of airtime.
As an incredibly lucky graduate of two different, long standing triads, I loved being reminded. The emotion of the "power of three" is exceeded only by the practical advantages. I will use my newly minted reminder as fuel for continuing my search for a couple to love.
